They are one of the largest banks of the Gulf Region & growing rapidly as a premier financial institution in the Middle East, rendering services from corporate and consumer banking to treasury and project finance.
Before reaching out for our services, the bank was stuck up with manual work where they have had to maintain a huge number of spreadsheets for managing their reconciliations. The transactions needed to be accurately reconciled and be capable of detecting duplicates, which was becoming tedious over time with manual processes.
They were facing major issues in tracking down transactions in the CBS files routed through VISA/MASTER CARDS. Apart from this, their senior management shared their concern about the lack of a comprehensive platform where all the departments would be able to reconcile their data without going back and forth in different directions.
