Kundan Shekhawat

Kundan Shekhawat is the Founder & CEO of Ascent Technology Consulting. He holds extensive experience in financial services and expertise in Product Development Engineering, Strategy, and P&L Management. He carries 14 years of experience in business continuity management and has been regarded as a qualified Business Continuity professional practitioner from DRI International and Lead Auditor ISO 22301:2012 & ISO 9001:2015 from BSI Training Institute.
Sajid Shaikh
Product Head
Over 15+ years of experience in banking in business continuity management, BCM Framework, BCM Policy, and Crisis Management. He has successfully developed and implemented a business continuity management solution for one of the largest international financial institutions and the biggest Islamic bank in Abu Dhabi.
Martin Gierczak
Vice President
Martin takes pride in helping businesses ‘bounce back’ from shocks but also internalizes growth and development strategies so the business can evolve and adapt to dynamic and interconnected environments. Martin also helps his community through mentorship. He is a mentor with The Forum, the City of Markham’s small business Digital Resiliency program, Disaster Recovery Journal, and the Ontario Association of Emergency Managers.

With over 20 years of experience in various stages of the sourcing lifecycle, Pushkar has led Transitions, Operations, and Business Development teams at several BPM organizations, besides managing B2B relationships with fortune 50 clients. As head of Client Deliveries at Ascent, he ensures the projects are managed from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief, while helping the team members grow.
